Jamieson Vitamin B12 2,500 mcg Sublingual Tablets, 60 sublingual tabs

Jamieson Vitamin B12 2,500 mcg Fast Dissolving Sublingual Tablets helps in the production of red blood cells and metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins for enhanced energy production.

This high potency sublingual tablet is formulated using the methylcobalamin form of B12, which is the more active and bioavailable form for the body. The methylcobalamin form of Vitamin B12 is very important for maintaining brain health, as it can help prevent nerve damage by maintaining myelin, the fatty sheaths that cover and protect nerve endings.

Sublingual tablets melt fast in the mouth, for faster absorption than a traditional tablet, and are ideal for individuals who prefer not to chew or swallow tablets.
